Description
This journal is from my distressed layers, “Graphic Jungle” journal series. It features my original art and a distressed, grunge style with perfectly imperfect handcrafted touches.
The cover is handpainted and screen printed, and is made from 3 layers of distressed and sewn together brown paper bag. The flexible cover makes it possible for this journal to expand as more elements are added. The pages are stitch bound and the cover has a black elastic closure with bead accents.
The pages inside are Arches watercolor paper, Strathmore Toned-tan drawing paper, heavy weight vellum, artist drawing paper printed with distressed grid and lines, removable collage clusters, and cardstock die cut pages.
There are three signatures with 96 pages (front and back).
Journal measurements: 4.5″ wide, 9″ tall, 1.5″ spine.
The inside back cover of the journal is signed and lists the date of completion.
