What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards. We also offer paypal and venmo as payment options.
How are payments processed?
We use PayPal as our payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. You can use your debit or credit card to purchase, just choose that option during checkout.
How much will shipping cost?
All orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.95. Orders $35 and up include free shipping.
I’ve just placed my order, when will it ship?
Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. Custom orders and orders requiring special packing may take a little longer to ship. If an item requires extra handling time, that information will be listed in the item’s description.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Packed orders weighing 16oz. or less ship via usps first class mail. Packed orders weighing over 1lb are shipped via USPS Priority mail or Fedex.
Do you provide tracking?
You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the US.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Each art journal in my shop is carefully handcrafted using a unique mix of materials and creative processes. Because every journal is one-of-a-kind and made with great care, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase.
However, if you receive the wrong item, I will gladly correct the mistake. If this happens, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item. I will arrange for the correct journal to be sent to you.
