  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    You can pay with all major credit and debit cards.  We also offer paypal as payment option.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    All orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.  Orders $35 and up include free shipping.

  • I’ve just placed my order, when will it ship?

    Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days.  Custom orders and orders requiring special packing may take a little longer to ship.  If an item requires extra handling time, that information will be listed in the item’s description.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantange and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Do you provide tracking?

    You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship to the US.

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?

    Your satisfaction is very important to me. I want you to feel confident when purchasing original artwork from my shop. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, I’m happy to help.

    Returns

    I accept returns on most physical items within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be returned in its original condition.
    • The artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.

    Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Defective or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

    In these cases, I will provide a prepaid return shipping label and will promptly issue either:

    • a full refund, or
    • a replacement (when available).

    Please include photographs of the item and packaging when contacting me so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Digital downloads
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Commissioned artwork
