Returns and Customer Service

We do not accept returns on customized items.  Customized items require mock-up approval before the items is printed, which helps to minimize issues.  However, if a customized item is defective or differs from the approved mock-up, please let us know and we will replace the item.

For all other items, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be in the original packaging and must be purchased within the last 30 days. To return your product, please fill out the form on our contact page and let us know what item you are returning and why.   Return your product to: 602 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, VA 23324. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is not defective. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued.
