It is rare, but wonderful to see the shop in a clean, organized state. This lasted for about 1 day. I had to document it. This is one of our work stations freshly de-cluttered.
No one can limit how hard you work toward achieving your dreams. You can never get laid off from your efforts. There is no limit to the hours you can put in. You can work as much overtime as you like. If you get a burst of energy or an “aha” moment in the middle of the night, no one can stop you from burning the midnight oil. No one can say, ‘ok, it’s time to wrap it up”. You set the pace. You can race toward the finish line like a run away train. You can take off like a rocket into outer space.
You can explore every possibility, every probility, and seize every opportunity.
You can visualize, you can focus, you can create, you can build.
You can imagine, invent, improve and advance.
There are no limits, no boundaries. Just you.
Be inspired today to do the work of achieving your dreams, knowing that you are UNSTOPPABLE!
Have you ever felt scared about going after your dream because the thought of taking the first steps on your own made if feel impossible or unrealistic? After all, how much can one person do; there are only so many hours in a day; everyone has their limits, Right?
Not too long ago, I felt this way. With the tasks of building a business, taking care of the kids, watching over the finances, designing, producing, servicing clients, and training my 22 year old son in the business while dealing with the challenges for our employer/employee relationship, I was overwhelmed.
I went to my mom with my concerns and she let me know that I could do all that needed to be done. She made me realize that the dreams and goals I seek to materialize are mine because I possess what it takes to bring them to realization. She gave me the permission to be “Larger Than Life”. It’s ok to take on the unimaginable, the monumental, the insurmountable, and dream big even if you have to start out or travel much of the Journey by yourself.
Have no fear. You have what it take to be “Larger Than Life”!
#1 Wake up to your Vision Environment.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to surround yourself in an atmosphere that will inspire, uplift, energize, encourage and remind you of what you are striving for. Imagine what it would be like to open your eyes every morning and be greeted by an environment that was custom made for you, by you, to provide a burst of positive energy to jump start your day. If you haven’t done so already, begin to create your Vision Environment.
#2 Realize the value of the content of your life.
Many people don’t realize that every aspect of their lives is valuable content, that if used effectively, can bring about positive change in their own lives as well as the lives of others. Every memory, experience, mistake, failure and success is a valuable addition to your life’s content portfolio. And every time we wake up to a new day, we wake up to another fascinating opportunity to expand and diversify that portfolio. We live in a content driven society. People are constantly looking for information, answers, entertainment, advice, inspiration and confirmation. If you begin to see the value of every single piece of your life’s content, you can use that content to help you focus on achieving your goals, to grow and expand your business, or to provide inspiration to others. The possibilities are endless!
#3 Embrace a more dynamic view of Reality vs. Potential.
Primary, reality is defined by the state of things as the currently exist, and potential is defined as the capacity to become or develop into something in the future. The problem with these basic definitions is that it limits our view of the here and now. How many times has a child who is making bad grades heard that he/she has the potential to be better, Or you’re not living up to your potential? Basically what’s being said is you “suck” now but you could “not suck” in the future. The key is to understand that your potential is your reality. Your potential is NOW. The greatness of who you are and what you can do is a NOW thing, not a sometime in the future thing. The moment you embrace this ideal, you will close the gap between reality and potential and you can become excited about how much you can achieve and how quickly you can change your current reality.
So, wake up to your vision environment, build your content portfolio and know that you are great NOW!
